Students and Parents  –  Rider Info

ENROLLMENT: If you would like to enroll in the REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship Program, please download our Rider's Packet from the Attachments section at the bottom of this page. Once you have filled out these forms and had your doctor complete the "Physician's Referral Form" return them to REINS and we will contact you to set up a lesson time. Lessons are scheduled on a weekly basis. Please let us know if you are unable to make your scheduled lesson time. We appreciate advance notification in the event that your lesson must be cancelled.

CALENDAR OF RIDING: REINS holds classes on a daily basis (Monday - Saturday). During times of rainy and stormy weather, classes will be cancelled. Please call if you are unsure whether or not to attend. Also, REINS closes for all major holidays and takes Spring Break, Winter Break and Summer Break (month of August). Please check our calendar page for upcoming closed dates.

APPAREL: Riding helmets are provided at the facility. Riders should dress appropriately for the current weather conditions. Please wear long pants and boots or sneakers (no sandals) for horseback riding. Don't forget your jackets in the winter months and your sun block in the summer months.
